He may be taking the actions that he explains in his email. Any progress is welcomed. I know we are all jaded by broken past promises, but he is under not much obligation to do as we say, so I choose to welcome different from the old explanations. I know we can look to past performance, but no progress will be made if every scrap that we do get from him, thanks to Jan's efforts, is slapped back with admonishment. I will continue to be cautiously optimistic and support Jan and anyone else that makes moves to improve the state of things. Our investment will never improve by complaining alone. Support and followup of Jan's efforts might improve value.
