TATF has been advertising and selling teak tree seedlings over about 17 years for sale at very high prices and still does as of this week. Knowing very well they can not sell the wood from these 7 ,10, 13, and 17 year wood for the advertised web site projection prices, so far only about two investors here have reported projected payment distributions. They advertise extremely high returns that have never happened.Continue to trick people using fantastic ads. BS .!!!!!!! Actually only a few have received anything at all. I believe this is deception and should be removed or changed to protect believing investors that are thinking they will receive a return for these time periods. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Why in the world would anybody in their right mind spend 1 million dollars thinning wood of investors money boldly and not even have a buyer for it? Like others have suggested it may be better to just cut them and leave them decay for basic element recycle or allow the farm hands to use it to cook with. The millions of board feet of stored wood that is deteriorating?

The big question is will the 25 year thinnings be worth processing at the future labor costs and freight costs ect? And will there be a price per meter cubed worth doing so? I predict that at year 20 something we will hear the owner tell us what we have been hearing at nearly every thinning interval -that we were planning on the 20 and 25 year harvest but since we are waiting for the volume added products to arrive we will look forward to it very soon.

I would add 10 years onto the 25 years final harvest .And perhaps add in the high cost TATF will charge YOU to harvest your trees. Are they YOURS ?? Will we earn more than a money market account over time? Maybe maybe not.

G, look very carefully at Steve's email. He has offered no evidence for anything ... we don't even have a photo of the new equipment that was supposed to arrive on March 2nd. We do know that high volume production is not yet in place... that's easy to take him at his word on that one. We still have no metrics of anything that's happening on the farms. If $1M has been advanced on thinnings... what got thinned? where is it? etc etc etc.
anyone besides me want pics/photos????
