Well, there are clearly other possible scenarios. One is that the OS is 300mm and the folks who are short get caught. I personally don't tend to believe in this scenario. But I also recognize that I really have no information on which to base my OPINION. The CEDE entries on that bootleg TA list could have been faked. And IF that TA list was legit it shows that TA lists do sometimes leak out...

The point is that nobody knows the O/S unless they have a source like the TA (someone more reliable that SM) -- and lawsuits and legal proceedings against M and M won't matter much if the O/S is only 300mm and owned by Pike, RM, and SPNG officials.

Where does this go if Pike is buying based on preferential access to the TA?
