it really comes down to a supply and demand issue.......when you experience the type of run up BGOI had on the way up to 0.07 the market maker, "MM", had to eat the stock.......by sworn charter, market makers have to supply balance to the market and they also have to have shares available when people are buying, but none are available......this forces them to go short.....naked if they have to.....so, when you get to the top he's fully short and drops the price, covering all the way down making a fortune and evening out his books.......when he gets to the bottom he is now fully loaded w/ stock, needs to unload, so he repeats the process and unloads his inventory on the way back up.....selling his shares and pushing up the bid.......it really comes down to him evening out his books.....he doesn't care about share price, just volume.....he makes money off volume....now, i always say he, but really their are usually several market makers competeing w/ eachother.......as far as the MM taking it to different levels, he does this to create some sort of order to the chaos....these are called market maker levels and they become very predictable if you check the charts....throw up a daily chart and look where past trading ranges have been....you can actually go back yrs. to see where he's been and where he's going......these levels are similar to MOVING AVERAGES, they become areas of support and resistance.....take a look at the BGOI chart and look where past trading has been, they wil become the trading ranges he takes it to.......many pros know these levels and use them for buy and sell points......it may sound complicated, but once you know what to look for it becomes very apparent what the MM intends to do....know the market maker and you can profit......remember BUY FEAR/SELL GREED/GET RICH$$$.......BULLS AND BEARS MAKE MONEY, BUT PIGS GET SLAUGHTERD$$$.......TRADE IT/DON'T DATE IT.......
