I live in Ca and the permits to do anything here suck. The company I work for just moved and we are in permit hell. We have had out houses brought on site for 3 months because we couldnt get permits to build a bathroom yet.

As for everyone waiting to see a PBR installed. How long do you think it takes to build something that would be seeable from the street? There is only a small part of a PBR outside and it doesnt take much to roll out some tube and connect them to the 180 turns.
Should they do that now and leave them outside in the weather till the control unit is done?

Looks like what they did is level the lot so when the time comes they can put the tubes up. Seems like you might be ok to do that without a permit, but you would be wrong. When the city found out there was no permit for the work they would be cited and the permit would be actually harder to get.

So now I have to wonder... Do you think that someone calling the permit office asking about permits for the same place every few days might raise a red flag? It is a possibility that your calls could have easily caused the delay that you are bitching about.

Why dont you call DF and get your questions answered? If you dont like what you hear then sell and move on. But either way the best thing we can do as an investor is not get so close to the business that we interfear with it.

Permits could take some time...so what. Now we will all have to wait a few more days till we are rich. Do you really think the business is failed because they didnt get a permit? Take a breath and go watch some TV or something. Watching BEHL bounce around in a channel will make anyone crazy.
