To me the pbr at Santa Anna was more for show, with some harvesting. If permits become a issue their should be nothing stopping them to move forward with RWE and producing that fun green $$$$$. Also, it is my experience that if you hire some one to do work, they usually take care the permites and inspections. And I have to agree with you es1,if you have a consern go to the source of your concern and call DF its that easy.Unless certain people would rather make a mountain out of a mole hill and start crying wolf with out all their facts.

Can't agree with you more, thanks for your input matter of fact I believe you echoed my post from earlier and I do not even live on the Left Coast. I say the best thing Dennis could have done to move this company forward is move all assets to TEXAS. Texas is business friendly, Dennis would have had the permits within a few weeks.

Do you think that someone calling the permit office asking about permits for the same place every few days might raise a red flag? It is a possibility that your calls could have easily caused the delay that you are bitching about.

Absolutely not!! Point your finger at those responsible ... Back in Dec .. I was apparently the only one concerned about the lack of permits .. I was told to give it time .. and that permits may not be required .. I gave it time and only checked on it once a month for three months..

Do you really think the business is failed because they didnt get a permit?

I do think that if BEHL is unable to get a grasp on what is required to build their system, it is failed ..
