Well Burning ... On Dec 18th I contacted the City of Santa Ana .. and asked about any permits or plans submitted for 2400 S Garnsey Unit D

At that time ..I was told, there had been no recent permits issued to that location.

I called again in Jan .. No permits or plans submitted ..

I called today and was informed that they had been cited for work done without permit and land use violation. I was given the contact information of the inspector and transfered to her voice mail ..

I do expect a follow up from her.

So yes ... I say they have failed at even submitting plans .. I went as far as reading the municipal code .. I believe they have to submit a Plan to the City so they can be granted a conditional Use permit ..

The permit will allow them to have business operations outside of the building ..The plan would show how they intend to comply with the "screening" ordinance required for all of the mechanical parts of the PBR as well as the fixed above ground storage tanks.

Also if any electrical work was to be done for the constructing .. . it would require a permit ... Any plumbing work that was connected to the building would require a permit..

The timing of my sharing this?? .. Are you kidding? I didn't plan this event .. I am simply following up, on some ongoing DD.
