There have been so many "deadlines" for settlement in the past, its hard to believe one of true meaning is right around the corner...

IMO we will see a stock swap, once again just my opinion, so dont start bashing... So what it comes down to is JPM willing to relinquish that kind of capital in this current economic climate. I would think that they would much rather increase there Outstanding shares and dillute their stock holders...And get this thing settled.
