My theory:

The largest ACDU shareholder recently went through a divorce. His wife got 1/2 of his shares and she hates him so much that everytime she see's his stock starting to run she bidwhacks by selling off 5000 shares at a time. She doesn't care if she makes money...she just wants to get even with her ex.

Eventually the *itch will run out of shares and we'll finally run!
