I cannot think for the life of me that this "highway robbery" situation will be resolved without some compensation for commons. I just cant fathom how anyone (including the judge) will heap the burden of this financial flim flam on the general public and common shareholders. That is beyond the realm of reason for me...i cant see the judge approving that.....
