Both sides alluded to "settlement" but "they" said there's no money for commons because they are "hopelessly insolvent" and "we" said there is no way of knowing at this stage what WAMU will be worth.

Someone said they heard our guy saying settlement should bring $20-30 for commons, but I didn't hear that myself.
