I'm telling you the MM's had to absorb all those shares in Dec and they will keep this range bound until they unload them, then the price will drop unless a PR will real progress is issued. I want to see LTC succeed and I think that eventually it will but that is a long, long ways down the road so be prepared for a rocky ride. In order to get any kind of buy-out with value, LTC will have to be approved for more than just the best and most expensive "duct and vessel" sealer. Even then, CTGI only owns the right to produce and market and anyone wanting to "buy" the company will want to "own" the patents & technology. So you can pump your $5 buy-out all you want but you will lose credibility.
