Maybe that's money CTGI raised to send the group to Ukraine?

Ever being thrown loops in CTGI, I've very lately had a feeling that this 'group' is looking to flat-out take over, or buy, LTC.

Sure would be nice to get a PR that said we've been offered $4-$5 a share.
