Sorry but I'm at a loss why you say MMs HAD to absorb those shares, as though it's their responsibility. If xxx amount of shares hit the market and buyers down to .10 absorb them, what do MMs have anything to do with that, unless virtually every buyer of CTGI stock is an MM, including me (which I certainly am not)?
On another note, I just called management to see why the selling and was told that nothing has changed as per last PR and that [I believe] Dr. Kutz is leaving for Ukraine tommorrow (which seems like a good sign, in regards to negotiations with this new group).
Perhaps someone is selling to bring the pps down in hopes of creating a much larger sell-off, to buy many more even cheaper?
