Beverly Hills Film Studios Announces Expanded Business Plan; Big Screen Partners

& Symphony
Entertainment

Business Editors/Entertainment Editors

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 2004--Beverly Hills Film
Studios Inc. (OTC:BVHJ) management today announced the completion of
the company's expanded business plan, operating objectives and
long-term strategy.
Currently with two films in post-production, "Forget About It"
starring Burt Reynolds and Raquel Welch, and "Dirty Love" starring
Jenny McCarthy, the company is uniquely positioned as an efficient
independent film studio to meet the ever-increasing worldwide demand
for commercially viable, high-quality film product, completed at much
lower budgets.
With the objective of developing additional revenue streams, the
expanded plan calls for the completion and release of a minimum of
five films annually. The implementation will consist of a total
production services group which will include the formation of several
industry-related divisions and strategic alliances. The production
services group, which will operate under the company's corporate
umbrella, is designed to complement the key elements of film creation:
development, pre-production, principal photography, post-production,
release and distribution.

Big Screen Partners

The plan also incorporates the recent formation of Big Screen
Partners, an entertainment fund geared to assist financing of
green-lighted projects by the company. Following its stated operating
strategy of making low-budget, high-quality projects with recognizable
names within the industry, the first film out of Big Screen will be
"Nothing Compares to You," an original screenplay by top Hollywood
screenwriter Larry Gross. Pre-production is set to begin in early
2005, and Gross will also be directing this film. Gross' first film as
a writer was the hugely successful "48 Hours," but he has numerous
other writing credits, including "We Don't Live Here Anymore,"
released this past summer by Fox, "This World, Then the Fireworks,"
which was shown at both the Sundance and Cannes film festivals, and
"True Crimes," a production directed by and starring Clint Eastwood.
Some of his past directorial credits include the remake of "Alfred
Hitchcock Presents" on TV and "Night Caller."

Symphony Entertainment (Post-production)

Helmed by Stephen Eckelberry and an expert staff with more than 40
years of experience, Symphony Entertainment, conveniently located in
the heart of Hollywood, is a full-service, post-production facility to
the industry and provides the best in advanced High-Def and Standard
Def technology from online editing work stations to the latest sound
effect pro-tools mixing equipment.
Key elements of the company's business and operating strategy will
be posted at the company's Web site, www.beverlyhillsfilmstudios.com,
within the coming weeks.
