Seems to me that's not good news. If people were only able to buy through tda and not sell their current shares, there is a chance that some tda customers are just chompin at the bit to sell. I hope that's not the case but seems to me that a stock would be very bullish if only buying was allowed by one of the largest brokerage firms. No?
