Hiring a boiler room penny stock promoter isn't much to sing about.

I don't think I will be singing the praises of a management that has done virtually nothing in the last two years.

I'll wait until a few months after the "merger" (along with the 1 for 80 reverse split) to see if there is any value left for the current HRCT shareholders.
