Interesting timing. Why now? Is this in preparation for the run-up in pr for the reverse take-over?

By the way, a reverse take-over? Why doesn't this "merger" strike me as a take-over for Hartcourt; looks to me like HRCT is actually being taken over by MCED.

I would have liked to have had a PR firm involved the last two years. If there had been one, maybe even I-Man would be sitting in a tree and singing the praises of management. (well, not really)
