my thoughts to settlement are.... If one is in the works why would have wmi team filed the latest discovery filings. I think that is quite a bargaining chip if you're negotiating a settlement. I don't think JPIG thought they would have been bluffing. I just don't thik settlement talks are still in the works. i beleive jpig wants to take this all the way. and so be it! then i'm with diamond 3X value plus!
