I think ACTC heard the decision well before the 30 day. IMO I think it is all go. What ACTC might be waiting for is the filing. perhaps, but I think more importantly NIH approving their funding application. Hopefully that will be determined within the next few weeks. In the meantime ACTC will (IMO) be proceeding to trial.
If ACTC releases all this news together what will happen to the PPS? You won't see it for dust.
