we are now bumping the 40 day mark. At the 30 day mark the FDA should have relayed to ACTC a)they can move forward b)clinical hold issued c)rejected. Whatever the result, I am not sure why we haven't heard from ACTC. Maybe they are waiting for the S-1 registration to be declared "effective" by the SEC? I guess we wait.
