That would surprise me and probably Lanza too as he repeatedly stated he expected comments with the 1st qtr of 2010 as "getting the green light". Comments generally translate into a clinical hold.
ACTC will have to be the party disclosing the status, I hope you are right.

As someone else stated on another board. Why else would they seek funding on the 24 December, just over 30 days.

ACTC did NOT seek funding. That was an amendment to a registration statement with regards to already announced financing back in November.
