Eve - I agree in part with what you say. I also speculate TM is no longer an acting CEO, that the deal is probably agreed upon in principle but remains to be typed up and signed. I further surmise Ms. Baker gets her marching orders from elsewhere, just not sure "where" that "where" is. LOL
