Under the present conditions hiring a general manager now doesnt make sense, therefore maybe something else is going on. Dr V. left and Tim has been out of touch. Diedre was hired. Maybe Tim has struck a very nice deal with Aerus and Tim is on his way out as Aerus will take over....Sure doesnt take 120 days to complete due dilligence on such a small company. The company books are probably on quickbooks. I think a deal is done but it aint official yet. Maybe waiting for better market conditions.
