I'm inclined to agree with the gist of GG & eve's posts. What would the incentive be to communicate with investors on the eve of a major organizational move with an entitie that is doing the DD? I would think everything would be banked until the transaction was announced.

A little on the light side...It may just now be apparent why Tim has not seen fit to return phone calls if all the mysteruos pieces of the puzzle are fitted together in ones own mind. I guess that I would have to sympthize with him as I also would be reluctent to tell the callers that I no longer was somebody and I am now nobody....on the way out.???? This may be another little ray of sunshine.
