Question about the dividends stated in the PR; Richwood, and EU IOVE. Are the going to be tradeable dividends when they are issued? I didn't really understand what they were saying with no sale dividends and what not.

Here was my interpretation. If they would have issued dividend before the audit was done they would not be tradeable but if they do it in 2010 after an audit on those to companies that when they divest the companies they will be tradeable. Is that right?
