I had some of those guys from .02 when they hit bottom right after filing chapter 11.

Still like them a lot, but the latest release about the commons getting wiped out turned me off.

I'm playing the same sector from the ABWTQ perspective.

SSCCQ gets a lot of their raw material from ABWTQ, and the latter seems more inclined to protect the commons. Small float too.
