I can still buy CXAC at BinckBank, a Belgian broker, but waiting 6 months before the big crowd can get in???

I see no other solution. I think of buying some more at 0,0002, CXAC will spike, sooner or later!!

Regarding the PR, I'm wondering when it will come, there needs a miracle a PR with no delay!
