CXAC respond to my email from two days ago;

My question regarding Oct./Nov. 2009 sales numbers fo Rejuv product along with the National Launch of SNORNEZ product.

The Company anticipates issuing a National PR late this week or early next week. It will discuss the results of the Re-Juvi campaigns over the last 90 days.



My question regarding unable to purchase CXAC shares from major brokers (e.g eTRADE, Scottrade, TDameritrade etc)

We have responded to this many times. DTC is independent and made that determination. We have no legal recourse against that decision. We hope to have the ban lifted within the next 6 months. You need to open an account at another firm.
