So what you're saying is that if thousands of individuals are being robbed, shot at, have their babies ripped out of their arms and the police is seeing this daily yet do nothing about it then its ok because they didn't see it ???

Give us a break. The reality is they knew what was going on and did nothing because they could not or were instructed not to.

The good news is you can pick their excuse.

a). We the SEC could not do anything about it because we have no authority so we hear nothing and c nothing

b). We the SEC are instructed to wear dark glasses and poke a white cane around and to forget everything we see.
