When you walk down the street you expect not to be mugged. But when the authorities have warned you that you are in a dangerous area and you keep on walking then whose responsibility is it?

The police can't follow you around to save you from yourself.


You are right, but, you would expect the police to be in the area cleaning it up, not turning a blind eye and ignoring the thieves.
