I'm really surprised that the symbol change is taking so long! Seems like everything is in place...what the heck is the problem?

I also asked a question yesterday that no one answered and I'm very curious to know. How can a stock be oversold when we have more buys in the day then sells but the price is still dropping?

Seems to me oversold would be more shares going to the bid, but here we have more shares going to the ask (a majority of the time) and fewer to the bid but the "bidwhachers" are having there way with this. Does this still create an oversold atmosphere?
