After 4+ years of "investigating" BCIT, don't you think the SEC oughta go ahead & reveal it's findings, instead of stone walling, shoulder to shoulder, with the DTCC like two thugs in an alley? If you wanted justice as you claim, you'd be screaming for full disclosure & transparency, just as they've required from Mr. Megas.
Then shareholders can finally focus and go after the correct source of the problem
In case you missed the press release, this action is well underway. And if you don't beleive me, there's links available to several major news outlets. But I ain't gettin' them for you.
BTW..I advocated action against brokers years ago
Why are you so against it now, after BCIT's explored every other viable option?
