Interest in the short side? Afraid not...rephrase that to interest in justice...PERIOD!...I'm all for this issue being resolved and full exposure made.

Then shareholders can finally focus and go after the correct source of the problem...and I have no doubt those are the only ones "worried".

BTW..I advocated action against brokers years ago, but was fought tooth and nail by the very same now trying to instigate legal action...why is that?? Think about why that would be...
