..and no, shareholders are not focusing on the problem with the bogus "solicitations for advice" spiel...in fact..it seems an obvious smokescreen to deflect from the real problem of who is responsible.
..as far as brokers...the Federal SOL expired over 2 years ago.. after a coordinated campaign to squash that idea by the very same people soliciting funds now. Think about that.
