Why would you assign a higher value to ERHC's assets than the market does? Believing there is oil down there, and actually finding it and getting it out of the ground are two different things. I point to block 2 as an example. Unlike some here want to believe, the odds of proving billions and billions of barrels are not "overwhelming" and along with all the science, will require a healthy serving of good luck.
