It's ok to be conservative. However, a more realistic value for proven undeveloped reserves is probably $7 per barrel since we have seen much evidence of it being valued between $5 and $10 per barrel.
Anothing thing to consider in your example that would value ERHE at 85 cents is that you are assigning a value of zero to the remainder of ERHE's assets.
