Essence, EBOF did consider doing a R/S back in April'ish. I recieved notification in the mail about it, but then they came out with a 1 for share dividend instead. They said it was to reward the shareholders. I think the price per share at that point was .0005, then it dropped quickly down to .0001 where we are today. People on another baord said it would dilute the stock, but in the PR the company said it wouldn't. I ended up in the end with 3.5 million free retricted shares. I think we still have to wait until Jan 28th before they can be used. I wonder what will happen once that happens.
