la france, I can't search back more than 60 days with TDA but I believe I did my DD on EVFL for about two months and then started buying shares sometime in June 2009.
Evolution Fuels as far as I know haven't done a R/S and I can't find any records as to whether Earth Biofuels did one or not.
I see that you are new to EVFL and I wonder if you have any shares?
Some of my posts are emotional even though you should NEVER allow emotion into trading. (BS) I'll say I've made a mistake to include emotion into this because it wasn't until I was heavily invested with EVFL that I found out about such things as R/S of penny stocks and I only discovered that through iHub posts. Not through any and all my DD of stocks.
So when some in-considerate so called seasoned investors lay the law on new investors I get pissed. I say, who the h*ell do they think they are? Damn near everyone here shows emotion about this stock in one form or another. And if some seasoned investors here are all wise and knowing more so than you or I, I'll bet they were new to this in the past and had to learn too. So, to all seasoned investors, cut the new guys/gals some slack and give some good advice rather than all criticism. You know who you are!
la france, I know a lot of this response wasn’t what you asked but thought I would add some of my feelings here as well.
My current feelings here are confusion as to what EVFL is up too but, I by all means am NOT selling any of my shares (unless a R/S happens).
Spring 2010 I’ll re-evaluate the situation and make my decisions accordingly.

let me aske you something. i only been with evfl for about a month. how long have you been holding evfl shares /following them.? what i need to know is does evfl has ever had a r/s in the past if so how long ago.
