I choose to give Mr. Goldberg the benefit of the doubt (and I'm not saying that the doubt isn't quite large at this point), and allow him another ten days to give us something substantial. I don't see how one can argue against this position.

Yes, but YOUR CEO gave glowing remarks of a conman. THAT is just as bad as what Ray did to his shareholders.
