King: I know you are discouraged by what is happening with the government and the economy, but you have got to put your faith in the judicial system in this country. A country's abilities to sustain peace and order is administered through the justice department and the judicial branch. The executive is not in any way able to influence decisions of the judicial branch [except for appointmments to the bench]. If the executive branch was to ever blatantly subscribe to an influential post on part of a justice member, the entire heirarchy would be in jeopardy. The public has to have faith in their judicial branch to do the right thing.

Judges are basically "deciders" Attorney's are arguers, they put forth a motion [approve, suppress, dismiss, strike etc..] and the Judge after listening to both sides of the argument, decides what he/she feels is the right decision that is bound or supported by case law or precedent. One of the worst things that could happen to a judge [besides a corruption conviction] is for them to get overturned on appeal. A judge weighs the arguments and decides the fate based upon prior and present case law, so you can have faith an honest judge like THJMW will use the case law and legal precedents to decide the arguments.

Keep in mind that Quinn has called for a decision by our Judge in the courtroom on Oct 22nd. I am not sure if she will decide then, but she will certainly hear oral arguments from both sides. THJMW seems to make her decisions in this case very carefully with backing, if we do not get the decision then, we will be privy to the hearing to help ourselves determine where we think she will rule. Hang in there I have a HUGE FEELING that THJMW has our backs on this case and knows a travesty and heist was perputated and she will use the gavel forcefully to make her point. What Federal Judge has the balls to call the One of the most powerful banks in the world, Frivolous and acknowledging the delay strategy. SHE did!
Now I know you are having a hard time believing in this Judge, but you have got to believe that THJMW has our backs on this one, because she told the JPM lawyers to quit wasting hers and the courts time.
