Sir I really wish I could say that I believe that like you do but if I said it I would be telling my self a lie as well. I am sorry but the justice system is also a very corrupt system and your no dumb I know you are aware that anything that large is gonna have some bad apples in it. I just hope we get one that will rule with TRUE JUSTICE and no BS with it. Give the ruling NO MATTER WHO! it affects or WHO it may expose.I want the ruling to be correct and explained and not treated like HAZARDOUS MATERIAL OR CONTAMINATION or treating it like other branches of our government has been successful at doing so far.

You can believe this if you want but if I took the oath that our Judges have to take and was in that position you can bet I would rule with my true feelings and the right way of the law. No matter hypothetically lets say my own mother was involved and my ruling exposed her to criminal actions so be it. I would hate it but RIGHT is RIGHT and WRONG is WRONG! No in between I pray that true justice prevails and the ruling will be is such that if ANYBODY NO MATTER has to be face with possible criminal proceeding from the ruling SO BE IT! I know I am rambling but the pressure the Judge faces with ruling the right way is so tremendous and hard to do that the man upstairs give them guidance and the strength to rule by true legal guidelines and the law not to mention the way they truly feel will be tremendous task. Glad I am not in that position. GLTA
