Share buyback increases the share value. For example, if there are 100 shares outstanding, and the company buys back 50 shares, the value of each share increases by 100%. However, this PR about share buyback have a few problems.

1) They "intend" to buyback shares and stop the process whenever they want to. This means they may or may not buyback shares.
2) We do not know the share structure, and thus no one can guess by how much the value of each share will increase.
3) They did not say they are not diluting or will in the future stop the dilution. This means they may dilute like hell and repurchase a little (several billion shares?) portion of what they diluted.

The only hope I have for EVFL to go up is for them to start generating revenues. They have generated losses so far, but have a very bright future ahead of them.

The real question I have is will they survive until they start making money? If they do survive, EVFL will make a lot of ppl millionairs. AIMHO.
