What exactly does this mean. I am fairly new at this, but have had EVFL for a while. Am long with 5m @.0001, 1st time I ever bought a penny stock at this price just on a gut feeling it might do something one day. Does the share buy back really mean anything or is it a PR for people to stay interested?
