Most of the time a buy-back is a bullish sign that suggests big news in the near future. In pinkie land it can sometimes be used as a form of emotional manipulation as well. You've just got to trust what your gut tells you. Also, only throw down the cash that you could burn and not miss. I'm in big on this one and feel somewhat confident that something big or at least "nice" is brewing. This of course is just my opinion.
