ib12u, as much as I would love to agree with you regarding the OS, in the last quarterly financials it lists the OS as just over 21 billion as of 6/30/09 for the common stock. I think that as of right now, the OS is between 30 and 40 bil, but I could be wrong about that also.

I think some other hands will be helping us out in the very near future not to mention other lawsuits that should be ruled in EVFL's favor giving them more money. This amung other things should be enough to get the pps moving a little, but a buyback would help to.
