I beg to differ on negative opinions here whereas EVFL being without a BID don’t necessarily mean it's toast.

Even I may joke about it at times, but I always knew I’d be laughed off.

Besides, what point would it be to bash a stock at .0001/ASK with no bid?

I called my broker again today, (Spoke to a different person), and was told the same thing stated in a previous call.

Where as the O/S shown by their system is true and correct to its number.

769.9M shares are currently outstanding.

I questioned the likelihood of those numbers being incorrect and was assured it would be little to none.

I've asked what are the chances of a company having changes to their O/S without notifying brokers who are trading/listing their stock.

I was again assured that what is being displayed for the O/S is correct and true, that the likelihood of a company having changes to their O/S without notifying brokers is very unlikely.

As of this moment, the only sound number out at this time is from my broker.

Unless EVFL’s O/S of 769.9M can be proven differently, by any other literal means, These numbers holds true through all that is “Verbally” stated otherwise.

I’ll go by what’s in print from Reputable Brokerage Entities ahead of anything stated in a public forum filled with unprofessional opinions.

UNTIL PROVEN DIFFERENTLY –EVFL HAS A CURRENT O/S OF 769,9 MILLIONS SHARES!

AND THAT’S THAT!
