Re. 10k/a,10Q/a. These two filings are amendments to old filings having to do with some financial reporting corrections. Note that they no longer have Barrow. It was written off last quarter so they could concentrate on Cooper.

Back in the first quarter they were talking to three prospective partners, but that was before they got the reserve report from ISIS. After the ResRep, they knew that they could now go after much larger partners so they retained Tristone/Macquarie as their investment bankers to solicit bids.
