SYNOPSIS going forward: GOOD NEWS from 10-Q/A and 10-K/A

During the remainder of 2009 we plan to pursue joint venture agreements with third parties to explore for oil and gas in the Cooper, Gippsland and Barrow basins of Australia.

We are currently engaged in discussions with three potential joint venture candidates regarding our Cooper and Barrow leases
