Enough, Jet already. We get the message. You hate this company. You want civil discourse, yet hand out statements.

Like...

<Particularly the facts that:

1. Leinwand gets to keep his entirety of the shares given to him in his "employment agreement" as CEO....even though he has fled that post. There are still shares in that agreement which he will get from events that will happen post his CEO abdication. He will continue to line his pockets with shares. I think - considering the fact that he hasn't brought in a DIME of income from any products the company has for sale - he should have had that agreement terminated immediately upon stepping down from the CEO position.

2. The biggest part of the loss over the last six months has been caused by the "derivatives" given out to employees....a 270% increase from same period last year. Pretty good compensation for the officers, considering that not one product has been sold, they haven't completed any projects in the pipeline, they're about to authorize another share increase so that they can continue to give away shares (and dilute the price of the shares). More lining for the pockets.>

If you want discourse, never opine in the same paragraph as your synopsis...silly, and turns off the reader...JMO.

I think I can put your # 1 and # 2 together in one answer.

For well over a year and change, JL and all the employees and outside consultants worked on a wing and a prayer...literally, and I think still do so. They tasked to keep us afloat and have done so. We went from non-compliant, to up-dated filings, onto the pinks, off and to the OTC, paying atty.s to keep us in the game with the SEC, etc..etc. In addition, the same non-cash paid people managed to do a deal with Tao, set up two corporations, get funding from outside sources to move and progress forward in a field that is arguably the best opportunity for any company in this field...and hires and replaces himself, without question with a person who might get us a contract and lead us on to finality as a going concern.

Now...if you ask me has he been a taker or a giver?

And does JL deserve whatever he gets in shares?

Yep.
